Smith & Williams Trial Group, PLLC was founded in 2018. However, you have to start in 2005 to fully understand the story of our firm.  Florida A&M College Of Law students, Divinne Joseph Smith and Camara Williams met at 1st year orientation and became fast friends. Despite coming from two separate backgrounds, both connected through a shared goal of using their law education to help their families and the community at large. Despite taking different legal paths after graduation in 2008, the two came back together 10 years later, in 2018, to take their combined 20-years of legal experience and fulfill the pledge they made during their first year of law school; create a law firm that would embolden their communities, educate the common person, fight for those who need a voice, and ultimately empower the families to create stronger legacies. It was with this focus, that Smith & Williams Trial Group, PLLC. was born.

Our law firm focuses on all aspects of estate planning including: wills, trusts, probate and guardianship.  We also have extensive experience in the areas of business law and civil litigation.
